Return & Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellations
You may cancel your inspection appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- If our inspector fails to arrive for the scheduled appointment
- If the inspection cannot be completed due to vehicle inaccessibility (not caused by the customer)
- If the inspection report is not delivered within the promised timeframe
3. No Refund Situations
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- If you change your mind after the inspection has been completed
- If the vehicle condition is found to be unsatisfactory
- If you refuse access to the vehicle for the inspector
- For digital products that have been delivered and accessed
4. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

2. Service Timeline
Standard inspection reports are delivered within 24 hours of the completed inspection. Premium package reports with video walkthroughs may take up to 48 hours.
3. Digital Products
Digital products (certificates, videos, reports) are delivered immediately via email upon purchase completion. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email within 15 minutes.
4. Service Limitations
Some services may not be available for certain vehicle types or in extreme weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule inspections for safety reasons.

Autonex Inspect's liability is limited to the cost of the inspection service. We are not liable for any consequential damages, vehicle issues discovered after inspection, or decisions made based on our inspection reports.

6. Governing Law
